New year retreat,
Björnbacka Stockholm

30/12 – 1/1-26
with Julia Bergh & Navid Zargham.

"I don't ask for the sights in front
of me to change,
only the depth of my seeing."

-Mary Oliver

As one year comes to an end and another begins, we gather in aliveness to meet ourselves fully and welcome what’s next – more connected to Self.
This retreat is an invitation to cross the threshold into 2026 with clarity, depth, and commitment.
Through movement, meditation, and inquiry, we journey inward – releasing old patterns, meeting ourselves with honesty so that we can embody all that we truly are.

Our Journey Unfolds in Three Phases!

Discovering what lives within:
We begin by grounding into the body and befriend all parts of ourselves.
Through movement and exploration, we start to recognize the patterns and inner voices that have quietly guided our lives.
Old strategies of protection and striving begin to soften as we reconnect with the body’s truth.

Leaning into Self:
As presence deepens, we step beyond the familiar identities that have defined us.
Here, we meet the still point behind all experience – the spacious awareness that holds everything without judgment.
From this clarity, we begin to see life not as something to fix or control, but as something to be with.
We move from doing to being, from seeking to seeing.
This day is a remembering: of innocence, of play, of what it means to be fully human.

Living as who you are:
Our final day is a homecoming.
The insights of the previous days begin to settle into the body, into breath, into the simple rhythm of life.
We explore how to live from this grounded presence – how to carry stillness into motion, and remembrance into the everyday.
Rather than chasing transformation, we become it. The retreat closes not with an ending, but with an embodied beginning – a quiet commitment to live as awareness in motion.
