The Art of Relating – workshop with David Amir Persson
7/3-26 15:00-19:00
An experiential evening of genuine connection, presence, and human contact.
These workshops offer a lived experience of The Art of Relating through simple guided practices, reflection, and shared inquiry. Rather than theory, the focus is on what it feels like to truly meet and be met, in real time.
You’ll explore honest communication, deep listening, staying present in discomfort, and noticing habitual patterns in how you relate, opening the door to more aliveness and authentic connection.
Each evening stands on its own. No prior experience is needed. This is not about self-improvement, but about cultivating grounded, honest presence in connection. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Awareness in form – A 2-Day Embodiment Immersion with Julia Bergh
14/3 & 15/3-26 09:00-15:00
A 2-day deep dive into presence, body and being
This immersion is an invitation to slow down, soften, and meet yourself beyond effort.
Over two days, we gather in a held and attuned space where both the personal and the impersonal are welcome. Through Life Force Activation, somatic and inner work, and non-dual inquiry, the focus is not on fixing or improving yourself, but on allowing what is already here to reveal itself—beneath stories, patterns, and conditioning.
This is a space for embodiment.
For deep inner listening .
For exploring awareness through the body.
The process unfolds slowly and organically, honoring the intelligence of the body and each participant’s unique timing.
Facilitated by Julia Bergh, founder of Ayäm Studio in Stockholm, working at the intersection of Life Force Activation, Non-Dual Embodiment, somatic practices, and trauma-informed facilitation.
