About Julia Bergh
Julia is the founder of AYÄM Studio – a yoga studio located in the heart of Stockholm. She created AYÄM from an inner longing: a space for healing, growth, and expansion.
She has extensive experience as a facilitator of Life Force Activation and Non-Duality practices, as well as being a True Self Life Coach and yoga teacher. Since 2019, she has guided hundreds of sessions and is dedicated to creating a safe environment where individuals can explore their inner world. Her work integrates Life Force Activation, non-duality, yoga, somatic practices, and heart-led coaching, supporting participants in profound processes of self-discovery and embodied transformation.
Julia strives to help individuals connect with their true nature and deepen their relationship with themselves through presence, trust, and authenticity. Her intention is to guide participants on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, weaving together practices from yoga, Life Force Activation, and non-duality to facilitate deep shifts in awareness and embodiment.
She has always been fascinated by the inner landscape and has contemplated the nature of existence since childhood. Asking advanced questions about life and why it matters led her onto a path of inquiry and deep contemplation.
Her creative expression has always reflected her inner world – whether through painting, clothing, interior design, or even the simple act of setting a dinner table. Her love of beauty in all its forms led her into the fashion industry, where she worked for almost a decade before choosing to change direction and devote herself fully to her explorations. This was the birth of AYÄM.
Julia says: “Sometimes I have to pinch myself to remember that this is actually my work now. I get to connect with other humans who want to live life more fully, feel more deeply, and meet all parts of themselves so that they can embody who they truly are. There is nothing more inspiring to me than this.”
